Passport Operations, Fake Referendums, and Falsified Reports

Article 292. Official Forgery
1. Knowingly entering false information into official documents by an official to gain benefit — punishable by fine or imprisonment up to 2 years.
2. Causing substantial violation of the rights or lawful interests of citizens, organizations, or the state — imprisonment up to 4 years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions.Article 327. Forgery, Manufacture, or Circulation of False Documents
1. Forging an official document for use — restriction of liberty or imprisonment up to 2 years.
3. Using a knowingly forged document — fine or imprisonment up to 1 year; in aggravating circumstances — up to 4 years.
