Stages of Aggression Against Ukraine
According to verified sources, the Russian leadership carried out planning, preparation, and initiation of aggressive war against Ukraine, qualifying under Art. 353 CC RF. Actions are confirmed by government documents, open-source intelligence, and international reports.
Text of Article 353 CC RF
“1. Planning, preparation, or initiation of aggressive war — punishable by imprisonment for 7 to 15 years.
2. Conducting aggressive war — punishable by imprisonment for 10 to 20 years.”Note: Aggressive war is defined as a war initiated in violation of the UN Charter and Russia’s international obligations.
